You went over and beyond my expectations for a real estate agent! Not being from
here, it took me a while to figure out which town I wanted to buy a home in. Thank you(and your wife)
for giving me all the advice on schools and communities. I was so nervous with the whole
process but you made me feel comfortable and kept us "in the know". We knew absolutely
nothing about home buying yet, you made sure everything was taken care of. Thank you for

Selling a home can be a very exhausting task. "What is our property worth; "what renovations do we need to tackle; and "how many days should we expect our home to stay on the market" are just a few of the questions that we had as we began the listing process. However, "with whom should we list our most valuable asset" was never one of the questions that we needed to ask, because we were fortunate enough to have known Chad on a personal level. We already knew that his integrity and character would provide us realistic answers for the many questions that we had as we began and throughout the process.
Although we are certain that the many phone calls asking about this, that, and everything in between would have driven most people crazy, Chad never seemed to flinch. He simply answered our concerns honestly, promptly, and patiently. He constantly reassured us through his explanations of what was occurring with our particular property. One of the most impressive points of our listing with Chad was his use of technical savvy and understanding of how it can positively affect his clients' interest. The weekly emails explaining how many Internet hits our home had each week and the trend data that was supplied is just one of the valuable tools that Chad used to assist us with the selling of our home.
But as good as all of that is, it is still not what we consider the most important aspect of our fortune of having someone of Chad's caliber and expertise represent us throughout the entire process. What we consider to be most valuable is that he stood by us throughout the entire process. And for that, Chad, we want to say Thank You!!

We feel so blessed to have had the good fortune to meet you in our quest for our retirement dream....a little cabin in the mountains. We both were extremely impressed with your professionalism, sincerity, and the patience you demonstrated as you carried us up and over the mountains, around the lakes and through the forests in our pursuit of the perfect cabin and the perfect location, Blue Ridge. You went above and beyond our expectations of a real estate agent. Thank you for spending so much of your time on Friday, Saturday, and even Sunday morning, showing us property and helping us to get acquainted with the Blue Ridge and surrounding area. We were also grateful for the generosity of your broker in allowing us to stay at his friend's beautiful cabin on Saturday night, since we were unable to find hotel accommodations nearby. Please extend our appreciation to him, as well.

| | My husband and I had been talking about buying a cabin for the past couple of years. We wanted a place to "get away" from work and stress, a place to relax with family and friends.
A few months ago, we decided we were serious and stopped by several realtor offices to pick up materials/website info on the way through Blue Ridge. One of our stops was to the Keller Williams main office in downtown Blue Ridge. We met Chad Lariscy, who followed up with us almost immediately after we stopped by. Chad spent a great deal of time with us- 3 - 4 weekends in a row, visiting cabins within our range and providing honest feedback on each home and educating us on cabin living along the way. When we finally found the perfect one, Chad helped us through all the details - he really went above and beyond, surpassing all of our expectations. I think the two things that made Chad such an asset to our search was his terrific, positive attitude and his incredible knowledge of the area- he grew up in the area and knew every inch of the region as well as all of the locals. We got acclimated so quickly due to his guidance and we couldn t be happier with our new home. This will be a place we plan to have for years to come.

| | In 2007, my wife and I decided to invest in North Georgia Mountain Property. After many months of research we decided on the Blue Ridge, Georgia area. We researched the internet for several months to get an idea of available properties and visited Blue Ridge for a long weekend of "looking around". Our intent was to explore the area ourselves and deal directly with a seller. After a day or two of "exploring", we soon realized we needed help.
